Cheese quake Strain Review
Cheese quake, created by Subcool’s The Dank Seeds, is a mostly indica hybrid with a unique heritage. This strain combines the pungent Cheese with the fruity Querkle. Known for its powerful and enduring high, Cheesequake caters to both novice and experienced smokers. Testing labs, like Analytical 360, report THC levels ranging from 13% to 22%.
Visually, Cheesequake’s buds are not particularly striking. The flowers are small to medium, with a dense, popcorn-like structure typical of indicas. They display a mossy green color, interspersed with plenty of orange pistils. Some phenotypes reveal purple hues, from lavender to deep indigo. These colors result from anthocyanins stimulated by cooler temperatures during growth. Cheesequake’s flowers are also coated in cloudy white trichomes, making them resinous and sticky.
Cheesequake’s scent appeals to fans of bold flavors. The Cheese parent contributes a sour, tangy funk, while Querkle adds floral, berry, and grape notes. The grape aroma is coincidental and does not affect the flavor. While the smoke is smooth, it can produce an acrid, eye-stinging smell when burned. The exhale offers a sweet and sour taste, which some may find divisive. Due to its pungency, smokers should take precautions if discretion is needed. Cheese Quake
